These terms govern use of Short Links by OpsHarbour. By installing, accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
The service
Short Links provides link shortening, branded-domain support, campaign organisation, workflow actions and click analytics. Features, allowances and retention periods depend on the selected plan and are described on the plans page and within the app.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep authorised access secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. The management interface is intended to be accessed through the installed account experience. You are responsible for the actions of people you authorise to use your account.
Subscriptions, limits and changes
Paid subscriptions and billing are managed by the Marketplace through which the app is purchased. Plan limits, fair-use controls and feature availability apply as displayed. We may improve or change the service, but we will not remove statutory rights or apply materially adverse changes without reasonable notice where notice is practical.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity. This includes phishing, malware, spam, infringement, impersonation, evading platform safeguards, interfering with the service, probing security without permission or linking to content you do not have the right to distribute.
You remain responsible for every destination, message, campaign and domain used through your account.
Domains and third-party services
You are responsible for controlling your custom domains and configuring accurate DNS records. Domain registration, DNS providers, destination websites, the Marketplace and other third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those third parties.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures and third-party outages may affect availability. Support is available through the contact details on our support page.
Intellectual property
OpsHarbour and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding and documentation. You retain rights in your link names, destinations, campaign data and other content. You grant us the limited permission required to host, process and transmit that content to operate and secure the service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, respond to non-payment or address a serious breach. You may uninstall or cancel through the Marketplace. Data handling after uninstall is explained in the privacy policy.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, destination content or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. Any limitations in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and contact
